How To Return An Order:

Your order will include a returns form. Please fill this form out and include it with your returned item/s. Please affix postage to your return order and address to:

Note: Please call to reserve a style if you wish to exchange your order for something different. We also find that sometimes it helps to have both garments on had to compare and you can then keep the most suitable, or save on postage by returning both at once. We will need payment for the second order before dispatch.

Terms of return:

We accept returns for the purpose of exchange, garment fault or change of mind. You will be refunded the value of the item at the time of your transaction. An order can be returned within 21 days of receipt. Items must be unworn and in original condition with swing tags attached in order to be returned. Any garments without the swing tags attached will only be able to be exchanged or refunded with a store credit. Damaged, worn, or altered garments will not be exchanged, credited or refunded. In the rare event that a fault should appear after a garment has been worn, it can be laundered returned to us, providing no more than  6 months has elapsed since the purchase date.  Please launder before return and we will assess the fault in the garment on its return.



Postage costs of returning an item/s will be at your own expense unless an item is faulty; in this case please call us to arrange free postage. If an item/s is being exchanged for the same style garment in a different size or colour shipping fees for that order will be waived, (Does not apply to yarn). Exchanges of yarn will incur the standard  postage originally charged. Any refunds will be credited in the same manner in which they were originally paid. i.e. credit card or gift card. Please include your completed returns form with your garment/s or yarn.



Returning goods bought as special offers:

If you return a single item bought as part of a multi-buy promotion (i.e. Buy 2 for $40) you will be refunded the full price of that item less the total discount given in the offer. If you return all items purchased with the multi-buy promotion you will be refunded the full multi-buy value.



For combination purchases (“Buy 1 Get 1 Free”, or “Get the lowest priced item free”), you must return any free items or vouchers back to us before we can process your refund.
