I just wanted to thank you for the excellent speedy service and help with my recent order for two cardigans. The quality is superb and I now actually feel warm in a cool office. The Bronte cardigan fits really well and is wonderful to wear and the long-line jacket (beautiful blackcurrant colour!) is very stylish and has saved my sanity on some of the cold days we are having now!

I thought I would write to you to give you some positive feedback, as I know we are quick to complain, but you need to know the good things you are doing as a company!

 I had placed an order via email on a Friday and hadn’t heard anything so I called the following Thursday to follow up (I presumed you were busy and didn’t want to be the nagging customer). Somehow the order I sent had slipped through the cracks between inboxes, but the lady I spoke with (Alex) was really helpful and looked into the matter for me. I assured her that I wasn’t in a big rush and just to get my order out when they had a chance – with the service I received over the phone I had no concerns about the wait. Imagine my surprise when I came home to a large delivery on Friday night! I just wanted to say a huge thank you and that I was really impressed that the issue was solved so efficiently and so professionally.

What made this even better was that the colours and quality of the wool I ordered were both fantastic!   Thanks so much and please continue this high standard of service,
