Postage is not refundable on returns. There is no delivery charge within New Zealand for any exchange for the same style in a different colour or size. All other exchanges and reorders will be charged the standard $7.00 delivery charge within NZ and $12.00 to Australia for all parcels less than 1kg, and the calculated weight based cost on all other overseas parcels.
