Delivery

We aim to turn around your order in three working days, with a next day service in the North Island and a 3 day service to the South Island. The delivery charge for orders within New Zealand is $6.00. All parcels are sent by Courier Post, are 'Track and Traceable' and can be delivered to rural addresses and post office boxes as well as household and business addresses.

International Air Standard
This is a fast low cost method of shipping worldwide.
The low cost advantage is because this method is not 'Track and Traceable'
The disadvantage of this method is  that in the rare event that a parcel goes missing, it takes some time for compensation to be issued, and both ourselves and our customer will have to fill out and return forms as part of  the claims process.

Delivery times are 5-7 working days for Australia and Asia, 10-14 working days to EU countries and North America and 10-14 working days to the Rest of The World.

Holiday times do have an impact on this, so please enquire for Christmas postings.

International Economy Courier
This is a fast and extremely secure worldwide service. The item is 'Track and traced' all the way to your door.
The method is costly for smaller shipments, but gets more economical as parcels get larger.

Import Taxes
Import  Tax or duties may have to be paid on International orders. This is not included in the shipping price and are not the responsibility of The Wool Company.
